In this role, you will play a key role in managing our inbound and outbound sales and winning new clients and projects across all our studios in Helsinki, London, San Francisco, Dubai and Tallinn.
You are an entry point and ambassador to our brand. You convincingly represent BOND and our offering to new business prospects, understand their needs and identify opportunities to turn those needs into proposed scopes of work. You answer incoming new business enquiries and promptly manage the follow up process. You also build valuable relationships through networking in different industry groups and events.
You lead RFP and pitch processes and you involve talent from our strategy and design teams into the process as required. Together with the team you prepare winning presentations, insightful pitches and clear proposals. Your tasks also include working with client procurement teams to close contracts with support from our legal partner.
You will work closely with our senior management across all our studios to develop an ongoing plan to target, nurture and win new prospects across selected industry sectors. With our Marketing Manager you will form a close partnership to ideate and sync our marketing with the sales objectives.

You oversee and develop BOND’s financial activities and processes across all our studios in Helsinki, San Francisco, London, Dubai and Tallinn. You will manage day-to-day finance operations and take care of daily financial tasks in the Helsinki studio together with our senior management and accountant partner. We expect you to lead our budgeting and financial forecasting activities, and you are responsible for coordinating monthly P&L closing and annual financial reporting. You lead efficiency and profitability improvement initiatives across all studios. You will also coordinate our invoicing and sales estimates together with our client directors.
Being responsible for HR, you will coordinate recruitment across our studios and oversee onboarding new employees in Helsinki studio. You take care of regular HR and administrative tasks in the Helsinki studio, including contract management. You will also have a key role in contributing to the development of our ‘OneBOND’ culture and employee experience.

You will be primarily working as part of our San Francisco team on their U.S. client projects, but your homebase will be either our Helsinki or Tallinn studio. You are well equipped with the right skills and tools to conceptualise, design and craft brand identities and impactful websites combining high-level visual design with usability. You also have skills on motion graphics and you are motivated to further develop those skills.
Our expectations
- You have strong portfolio containing web design projects combining high level visual design with usability
- Excellent knowledge of relevant software (Adobe CC, Figma etc.)
- You have experience in working on brand identity projects
- You are able to spin up easily accessible prototypes bringing your designs alive
- You are comfortable working directly with clients and presenting your work when needed
- You are comfortable with working independently and in a team
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Because of the time difference some flexibility is needed when it comes to working hours, since you are expected to attend some meetings on UTC-7 time. However this role doesn’t require constant traveling.
