James Thomas

Head of Digital Experience, Partner

James is the Head of Digital Experience and London studio Lead, with over 20 years' experience within the mobile industry from R&D through strategy to sales. During his tenure with Microsoft / Nokia James worked in the phone design group in London, where he was asked to bring a business and strategy perspective to the creative work.

James is leading the development of new consumer experiences within the Physical & Digital space and the use of big data. Very much with a head in the clouds, feet on the ground mentality developing and delivering innovative brand, product and service experiences. He enjoys bridging the gap between the business, creative and technology environments, whilst keeping a close eye on the consumer and the client's requirements.
