Today’s Vincit is the result of several mergers. Different cultures with different strengths and personalities, all coming together as one. For Vincit this was an opportunity to find the values and motivations they all shared and bring that into a new story and brand, embodying a stronger and more diverse company – ready to take on anything.

We were tasked to bring this new exciting Vincit to life. With a strategy focused on the company’s straight forward attitude and eagerness to solve, create and deliver, we defined a simple idea. When others talk, “We Do.” A pledge of action, of readiness, and of an open mind.

Wordmark. Based on the idea of a learning curve the symbol adapts to the world around it and playfully interacts with other elements, like images and typography.

Brand Tool. Through a digital tool distributed inside the company, each employee can define their own learning curve and share a dynamic version of it online, resulting in endless personalized brand expressions.

The identity even reacts to data input, taking the pulse on the company itself. As the tool can output both fully code based or video based files, it can be embedded almost anywhere you can think of.

Creative Platform. When others talk, we do. When others speculate, we solve, create and deliver – managing even the big challenges with a smile and without the fuss.

A custom typeface was designed so that individual letters can adapt the curve and make even headlines unmistakably Vincit.

Iconography. We used Studio Feixen’s iconography to match the typeface for all external and internal needs.

Finally, a new fresher and more contemporary photo and video style was defined to capture the company’s down to earth but professional spirit.

Although it was a departure from Vincit’s former mascot, the rubber duck, this new identity echoes that same playful spirit and cherished culture that Vincit is known for, but in a new, sharper outfit.
